If you have paid more than the total amount in your payment information, we will transfer the overpaid amount back to your original account within 14 days.

In addition, if you have any outstanding receivables, the excess money will be automatically booked to them, so that your total receivables from all orders are reduced.

When paying in installments, it is possible that interest and/or return debit costs will be incurred. Therefore, you will not be reimbursed with the entire excess amount.
