If you have any questions about the status of your order or return, please contact your retailer. Your retailer will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about cancellations and delivery times.

If you have been waiting for confirmation of your return for a long time or the goods have not yet arrived despite having already received payment information, log in to the service portal. Here you can easily upload a photo or screenshot of the shipping confirmation or the tracking number.
