As soon as the goods receipt has been registered and checked, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation.
Invoice:
If you have already paid, the purchase amount will be transferred back to you within 14 days.
Installment purchase:
Have you returned the entire order? Then you will get back the purchase amount minus the accrued interest for the first installment within 14 days.
Did you return part of your order? You will then receive an updated installment plan from us. Installments already paid will be taken into account.
