I have returned the goods. Why did I still receive a reminder?

Dunning letter received despite all goods were returned

If you have returned all the goods, you can ignore our reminder. To complete the process quickly, you can log in to the service portal. Here you can easily upload your proof of shipment or enter the shipment number.

It sometimes happens that a return is registered late by the merchant and therefore the payment process is not completed. We ask for apology.

  • Partial return

    If you have only returned part of the goods, your total amount has changed. In this case, we have not yet received payment from you.

Please transfer the remaining amount as soon as possible, stating the payment reference in the intended use, in order to avoid further costs.
