Sometimes we receive information about returned shipments late from the retailer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Have you already returned the items listed in our email? Then you don't need to do anything else.

As soon as we receive the return confirmation from your retailer, we will inform you by email.

To complete the process quickly, please log in to the service portal. Here you can easily upload your proof of shipment or enter the shipment number

If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
