You will find the duration of the instalment plan you have selected and the due date of the first instalment in our payment information email that you received upon dispatch.

If you paid more through a special repayment or initiated a return, you have received an e-mail with your updated instalment plan. There you will also find an overview of the outstanding rates.

You can also find an updated overview of your instalment plan with all transactions taken into account in your payment in the service portal.
